"Used them for 12 years or so. Now getting dropped because there was an issue with my nephew's license 9 months ago. Told them ill remove my nephew from the account, but no their policy is "really strict" and they have to drop me and my whole family. So much for loyalty to this company. Back when Olga dealt with my account, I didn't have any issues. ****** Thank you for your response. Oh no it didn't cause an inconvenience at all! Over a week ago when I spoke to one of the reps I asked how to resolve the issue and she was going to "find out." Waited until I had a few days left on the policy to call me with the same info and had the need to "find out" again. Now im sitting in my office on a Friday night looking for a new insurance policy. Very nice way to treat someone who brought you 12 or so years of business. Absolutely no inconvenience."
